Gym Leader Challenge Event

This event will use the Gym Leader Challenge format. If you are not familiar with this format please check the rules here: https://gymleaderchallenge.com/rules​

THIS IS A COMPETITIVE EVENT - PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN SIGNING UP

*3/4 Round Swiss*
60 Card Constructed Gym Leader Challenge deck to compete against others for 1st place!
(YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOURNAMENT LEGAL DECK)

For each player who enters into the event, 2.5 Booster Packs of the latest available set will be added to the prize pool and distributed in a scaling fashion, with each player receiving at least 2 booster packs.

Each player will receive 2 of the latest available series of prize packs WHILE STOCKS LAST

Each player that attends will receive their choice of 1 Limited edition league promo (Super Rod, TM Evolution, Buddy Buddy Poffin) with the winner of the event receiving all three promos instead. 

The winner will also receive a limited edition set of  damage counter dice with a Pikachu themed rolling dice. 

Players who bring a friend to the event will earn 1 of each promo for themselves as well as the new player they bring with them. (Please note that the new player must not have played in any of our pokemon events in store prior to this event.)

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

We reserve the right to take 14 days to process the refund payment.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Event tickets and refunds
As per UK Law you’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
