Avengers Assemble! 

Put your best teams to the test and see if you ultimately come out on top. 

We will also be running a bring a scenery discount. Everyone who brings a table worth of scenery will receive £5 in-store credit. 

This will be a 3 game, one-day event held in-store. 

All rounds will be 2 hours long. with a break after the 1st game to grab some lunch. 

There will be prizes for Best painted, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. 

Victory Conditions
Victory conditions will follow normal MCP conditions with Standings and Margin of Victory (MOV) being used for round scores. We will be using Longshanks to for pairings and standings.

Standings
Standings will be determined by giving each player 3 Tournament Points for a win, 1 for a draw, and 0 for a loss. The margin of Victory will also be recorded each round and used as a tiebreaker when two players have the same number of Tournament Points. The margin of victory for the winner will be equal to the winner’s victory points minus the victory points of their opponent, to a maximum of 16. (Essentially how much you win by) The margin of Victory for a loss or a draw will always be 0. A bye will count as a win, with MoV equal to the average of the other two games. After the first round, pairings will be based on standings, with players being paired against others with similar scores


We will be using the newest format of play which includes: Rosters of 10 characters, 10 Tactic cards, 3 Secure Crisis cards, and 3 Extract Crisis cards. Check the full rules out at Atomic Mass Games: https://www.atomicmassgames.com/rules

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

We reserve the right to take 14 days to process the refund payment.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Event tickets and refunds
As per UK Law you’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
