THE STORY

Cado Ezechiar, the Hollow King, once watched as his kingdom burned and his family were butchered. His endless hunt for the Chaos cult responsible – the mysterious Burning Hand – has led him all over Shyish, and now finally brings him to Lethis, capital city of the Realm of Death. But as he closes in on his quarry, and the shadowy metropolis that harbours them, old debts emerge from the gloom.

Pressed back into the service of Neferata, Cado is sent to the kingdom of Calyx, where the queen’s thralls are mired in conflict with Mannfred von Carstein. There, he finds himself caught up in a war of deception, and soon faces a terrible choice – leave Calyx and its people to drown in the crimson tides of war, or defy the Queen of Blood.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.
