The Drowned City Investigator Expansion features six new investigators for Arkham Horror: The Card Game and adds a trove of new player cards and options for deckbuilding, including brand-new "Specialist" cards that play off investigators' traits. Protect the vulnerable as the trawler, Marion Tavares - draw inspiration from horrors as the poet, Lucius Galloway - fend off monsters with a hail of bullets as the gangster, Micheal McGlen - blur the line between science and mysticism as the parapsychologist, Agatha Crane - control your fate with prophetic visions as the writer, Gloria Goldberg - and come prepared to weather any storm as the lawyer, George Barnaby.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

We reserve the right to take 14 days to process the refund payment.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.

Event tickets and refunds
As per UK Law you’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
