60 Card Constructed STANDARD deck to compete against others for 1st place!
(YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOURNAMENT LEGAL DECK)

This is going to be the First Scarlet & Violet League Cup. This is a premier event and as such does award points that determine eligibility for an invite to Pokémon Worlds Championship.

This event is £14 to participate, and will be run using Swiss pairings with a cut to top 8 using the Standard Format Rules. Rounds will be best of 3.

Deck lists will need to be prepared in accordance with TPCi rules. If you can not print your deck list you will need to arrive early to fill one out. We will not be printing deck lists in store.

In order to be considered fully signed up you will have to pay at the time you request to sign up

In order to participate, players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account, be in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program.

Players need to bring their own legal 60-card deck and be familiar with the rules of the game.

3 Booster Packs of the latest set available from stock will be added per player into the prize pool and distributed top heavy.

Each player will receive at least 1 booster pack.

EACH PLAYER WILL RECIEVE 1 PROMO PACK WHILE STOCKS LAST

Prizing will be distributed upon completion of the event only.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

We reserve the right to take 14 days to process the refund payment.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Event tickets and refunds
As per UK Law you’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
