Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits

If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
