This 10th Edition Warhammer 40,000 Matched Play event follows the standard ITC rules for Organised Play.

**Tickets:** £20 per player Available from lvlupgaming.co.uk and in-store.

**Location:** 51 Christchurch Rd, Ringwood BH24 1DH. Limited parking is available onsite, based on a first come, first served basis, so please car share where possible. (Access via Quomp)

**Timings:** Each round will be 2 hours and 45 minutes

During this event we will be running a charity food drive to give back to the organization that we use to host our events. As such, for every 2 cans of non perishable goods that players bring the event they will receive 1 entry into a raffle to win a free ticket to our next Warhammer 40k event. (this ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable)

**Tournament Prizes:** We are committed to offering a high level of prizing for our events. As such, we guarantee a prize pool of at least £130 which will increase to £195 if we hit our capacity of 24 players. This prizing will be distributed in a scaling fashion. (See player pack for further details)

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return or exchange it, you need to contact us Within 14 days of receiving of the goods, via email us at theteam@lvlupgaming.co.uk and we will arrange for the return. These can then either be refunded or exchanged, as per your request.

We reserve the right to take 14 days to process the refund payment.

In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you resulting from our negligence.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

As per UK Law you’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
